Il Burro di cacao è il grasso contenuto all’interno della pasta di cacao e viene ottenuto principalmente per estrazione fisica tramite presse idrauliche.

Possiamo fornirvi Burro di cacao:

  • PPP Deodorizzato principalmente di produzione europea, ma anche burro Deodorizzato Ghana.
  • Per il Naturale oltre al classico blend West-Africa (di produzione europea) anche prodotto d'origine: africano (principalmente Ghana) o sudamericano (Venezuela, Ecuador, Perù, Santo Domingo) ricercato principalmente da chi produce pandori per l'ottimo aroma che conferisce.

Cocoa butter is mechanically pressed fat of the cocoa bean. The cocoa butter is filtered, deodorised and blended and supplied to the customer in stainless steel tanker trucks, or packed in cartons in plastic bags, each containing net 25 kilos.
